5K

I decided to sign up to run a 5K race on Saturday. I have never done anything like this before, but I have kinda been trying to lose some weight and get in shape. Adalee is running it with me, its actually a fundraiser for her school in Park City. Wish me luck. I am hoping I don't kill myself and sweat blood like Henry Blake did in MASH when he ran in a race in camp.
